Request Go-Back of Garbage Can

2. Important Information

   Residents without a utility account must make payments in-office by cash/credit card/check during regular business hours. A transaction fee is applied to all credit card payment online or in-office. 

   Online requests will receive a confirmation email with information on the scheduled date by the following business day.    

   Request Deadlines

   All requests for Friday service must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

   Please note that requests are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from our office. If you do not receive confirmation, your request has not been scheduled.

    Black Cans and Green Cans not in compliance (not dumped due to the can not being out in time or a notice was left on the can) will be charged a go-back rate of $20.05.

23. Green Can Go-Back on Regular Garbage Day

    There is a $2.10 charge for the go-back of Green Cans on the resident's regular garbage day. Green can must be placed out with black can on garbage day. Residents with Black Can service in the alley and Green Can service on the street at curbside must place green can, as usual, on the street at curbside on garbage day. Refer to garbage can regulations for compliance.
