The Redevelopment Agency was disbanded on February 1, 2012 by State law ABX1 26. The Ripon Redevelopment Successor Agency was formed by Resolution Number 12-7 of the City Council on January 17, 2012. The members of the Agency are also the Council Members who are elected to four-year terms during General Elections.
The Redevelopment Successor Agency meets as needed following the City Council meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6 pm.

Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency
The Oversight Board was formed on April 4, 2012 as required by state law to oversee the activities of the Successor Agency. The Bylaws were adopted on May 11, 2012.
Agendas for the Oversight Board will be posted at least two days before the meeting.
