The Spring Clean Up Program has changed. We are no longer picking up unwanted items the 1st two weeks of May.
The City of Ripon is now offering a Large Unwanted Item Pick Up Program.
Residents are now able to schedule a pick up of large unwanted items between the months of April through September.
To dispose of items through this program:
- Call or e-mail the Public Works Department to schedule a pick up day at (209)599-2151 or [email protected]g
- You can also submit an online form - FORM PAGE
- You will be provided a written confirmation of your scheduled pick up day.
- Place your unwanted item(s) on the curb by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled pick up day, but no earlier than the day before.
Large Unwanted Item Pick Up Program Rules:
- Each residential utility customer may schedule one pick up per year.
- Only acceptable items (see list attached) will be picked up.
- Limit of 4 large items per customer.
- Items must be placed on the curb in a manner that does not obstruct the path of travel of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Only items of customers with a confirmation number will be picked up.
