Purpose
The purpose of the Community and Youth Commission is to identify existing
community and youth resources and programs for the enhancement of the
quality of life to all Ripon residents. To serve as a resource for the
coordination of existing and planned private resources for the promotion
of a safe and nurturing environment for young people in the community.
