The project includes an asphalt concrete overlay on Wilma Ave and reconstruction of Wilma Ct. The project also includes the installation of 12” non-potable water line on Wilma Ave, Manley Rd and Milgeo Rd.

Seeking Bids on Public Works Contracts

In order to assist small businesses to be successful in bidding and winning local construction contracts, Caltrans and the California Construction Contracting Program (CCCP) is offering free training and counseling.

Due to the passage of huge statewide infrastructure bonds, the reconstruction of California’s roads is underway. If your business provides services from Asphalt to Porta-Potties; from backhoes to fencing; from catering to architectural and engineering services.

Strategically placed California Construction Contracting Programs, all located within existing Small Business Development Centers, offer the free training and counseling a small businesses needs to enhance their ability to bid for and WIN public works construction contracts.
