The City of Ripon, through its BMR Housing Program and Development Agreements, requires developers to provide a percentage of affordable units in their new construction residential projects. Qualifying for one of these homes is based on income limits established by Federal Law (HUD).

For more information, or to see if you might qualify, contact the Development Specialist at (209) 599-2108, or e-mail sprater@cityofripon.org.
